Your Delivery

We like to reward our website customer so we have introduced free delivery on UK orders totalling £10.00 or more! Please note that express and tracked facilities are sometimes restricted to mainland UK areas.  Our busy warehouse team work Monday to Friday and aim to send your order out to you the same or next working day that you placed it.  We will keep you updated of your order status; having said this, if you have any extra questions about your order or its delivery, please get in touch.

If an item is unexpectedly of stock and will take longer to reach you, we will let you know as soon as possible so that you can choose if you wish to continue with the order. Upgrades, substitutions and back order options are usually available, this will be your choice entirely. You will always have the right to cancel and receive a refund in the event of a stock item being out of stock.

We can send our products to virtually anywhere in the world, delivery costs are dependent upon weight in these cases so please contact us with your order enquiry and we’ll happily send through a quote, quick smart.


Any Returns 

If you need to return a product purchased from us then you have 28 working days from when you received it to send it back to us. If the return is a result of our error (due to missing or faulty parts etc.) then we will offer a full refund or replacement (whichever you prefer).  Refunds are usually processed within 4 days, but please allow up to 14 days.  Any refund, which is due to a fault or other error, will include a refund of any original delivery charge and we will provide you with our freepost returns information 

If you change your mind, you have 28 working days to return your item(s) to us, unfortunately we are unable to reimburse postage costs in this event but we will process the appropriate item cost refund upon receipt. The returned goods must be unopened, if the goods returned are not in a satisfactory condition we’ll contact you to try and resolve the matter but we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.
